Factory-sealed products can be returned without penalty within 7 days of receipt or within 30 days with a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Authorized returns can be dropped off at a designated pick-up location at no extra cost. If a pick-up is required, a retrieval fee may apply.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
All products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty (exceptions may apply).
Product defects and recalls are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Defective products will be inspected by a technician before return approval.Returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing before drop-off or pick-up.
All authorized returns or exchanges must include the original packaging.
Ventilation products are final sale.
Opened but unused products are subject to a 35% restocking fee and delivery charges.
