What began as long days, late nights, and working 7 days a week quickly turned into something more. It wasn't just about selling appliances, it was about earning trust, one customer at a time.
From day one, we made a clear decision that still defines us today.
During COVID, we saw a gap that many overlooked.
People needed appliances quickly, but budgets were tight and options were limited. Being family-owned gave us the flexibility to do things differently. We kept our prices competitive, focused on honest advice, and made sure every customer felt taken care of.
That approach built something stronger than sales. It built loyalty.
As we grew, we became more intentional.
In 2023, we stepped back and simplified everything. Instead of trying to carry every product, we focused on carrying the right ones.
We narrowed down brands, reduced unnecessary options, and built relationships with vendors we truly believe in. Every product we offer is there for a reason, based on performance, reliability, and long-term value.
If we wouldn't recommend it to our own family, we don't sell it.
